The Palmetto Pipes and Drums will be in Five Points from 11am-3pm. The 25-member Pipe & Drum corps will be staging in front of Delaney’s, performing inside on their stage as well as parading through the entire district throughout the day. Enjoy the authentic Irish/Scottish skirl of the pipes and drums. This is one band that needs no electronic amplification!
